#THURSDAYTHOUGHTS

With group classes, workshops and weekend events cancelled a lot of us are looking for a way to keep working on our dancing. Most of us are not used to learning from online sources. How many of you already practise by yourself regularly (like daily, or weekly)? This might be the right moment to make practising by yourself a daily (or weekly) routine!

🤔 BUT HOW DO I PRACTICE BY MYSELF???

If you have question about practicing by yourself join tonights FREE webinar organized by Myles Munroe & Tessa Cunningham Munroe at 8pm (Amsterdam time). Get registered, even if you can't make the time, because there will be a replay available. 😃

☑️ How to be strategic about practicing
☑️ How to avoid common practice mistakes that could be slowing your progress
☑️ How a progressive skill approach helps to accelerate improvement in 14 more fundamental movement skills for WCS
☑️ How to develop the skills to make it easier to train your solo WCS rhythms, syncopations, and body styling
☑️ How to organize and prioritize all your WCS material so you don’t overwhelm or confuse yourself just going in circles
☑️ How to create a consistent daily or weekly practice plan of online classes, practice, and feedback to keep yourself improving.

📝 HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE FREE SEMINAR???

West Coast Swing The Netherlands

How is everyboding holding on? We sure miss being on the dancefloor with you! 💗

It's more important than ever to keep moving! Many people are now missing their regular bike ride to work, their walk to and from the train station, or the daily lunch walk with colleagues.

Dancing is good for your immune system, it reduces stress, it is good for your mood, it increases muscle strength and flexibility ..... it's actually good for everything! 🥰

And there's a lot of online options to keep practising from home! You might want to check out these options:

📅Monday 23 and Wednesday 25 WCS arGO Online with Brandi Guild and Stephen White

📅 Saturday 28 Guided practise with Jordan Frisbee and Tatiana Mollmann

📅 Sunday 29 WCS Solo Styling Online Intensive with Hugo & Stacy (District Dance Academy)

----

But there's tons of other options!!!!

** THIS WEEKEND (VIRTUAL) DANCING **

We hope you all continue to exercise, dance and relax while staying at home. Usually we only share Dutch classes, workshops and socials on this page, but for the upcoming weeks we will share online classes, workshops and events from around the world.

A few options for this weekend:

📆March 20 Online Workshop by Tessa Antolini
🔗 Virtual Follower's Technique Workshop

📆March 21-22 Online Workshop Weekend with Tashina Beckmann King, Pj Turner, Deborah S Székely, Gary McIntyre & Susan Kirklin, Hugo Miguez&Stacy Kay, Sean McKeever & Courtney Adair, Maxime Zzaoui and Torri Smith-Zzaoui and Ben Morris Dance
🔗 Global Westie Connection - A Virtual Summit -

Also a lot of teachers bring you LIVE classes on their facebook page.
💸 Please consider making a donation if you follow one of those classes (for reference a regular drop-in class usually cost you $10-$15).
🙏 Support the professionals in our West Coast Swing community who see their income decimate by the cancelling of classes workshops, events, etc.
